Staff was very helpful. The restaurant was very, very good. Clean rooms with multiple fireplacs in the hallway, bar and 3 in the restaurant Very nice way to relax before and after supper.
The hotel is on the edge of town. The only way in or out is by taxi. Once you came back yo the hotel from the day long on Titicaca you are more than likely to stay in.

The receptionist wasn't too knowledgeable. She didn't know the answers to many of our questions.

During our family stay, we enjoyed fine views of Lake Titicaca and the lovely grounds filled with wildlife like guinea pigs and llamas. The breakfast was a good spread, and having complimentary coca tea in the lobby was a warm touch.
My kids wished there were more activities for children.

Fine views of the lake! The staff was accommodating, helping with altitude sickness and arranging taxis with ease.
The hotel feels outdated and lacks essential amenities, making it feel overpriced for the experience.

I spent 2 nights at Sonesta Posadas del Inca with my family. The lobby felt cozy, filled with friendly faces that brightened my mornings. Watching the grazing animals outside added a lovely charm. Our room had a fine lake view. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean with heating and hot water. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was a bit of a trek from the town center, requiring a taxi to get there. Dinner was hit or miss. My lamb shank wasn't great, but others enjoyed their meals.

comfortable stay with fine views
The hotel provided a comfortable setting with secure facilities. The location took advantage of a fine lake view across to the city. We appreciated the unique feature of an old lake steamer moored right in front of the restaurant. The mountain views from the room added an extra layer of beauty to our stay.
The limited accessibility options could pose challenges for some guests.
